ANSA is a consulting and knowledge company that works with clients in building competencies, optimizing operations and improve service offerings. ANSA was established under the name BPM Consulting in 2007 by the Managing Director Magnus Ivar Gudfinnsson. ANSA works with customers in building operational excellence organization and continuous improvement culture. ANSA offers consultancy services in strategy development for business growth; guidance on the process approach to achieve organizational alignment and building problem solving capabilities; customer experience focus to improve service and receive feedback on performance. Emphasis on process automation with latest technology application like AI, RPA and process mining.

Engagements with customers in achieving operational excellence with process analysis, process mapping and IT design to improve service to customers and drive processes efficiently. Utilizing methods and techniques from BPM for end to end process visibility, Lean Six Sigma for problem solving, change management disciplines to sustain new ways of working and customer experience approach for market feedback, organizational agility and service development.

Customer from prior engagements range from transport, manufacturing, telecom and financial services sectors. The slogan – optimize – describes the guiding light in the ANSA´s strategy. ANSA utilizes methods that are grounded strategy formulation and execution as well as best practice process analysis and optimization methods like BPM, Lean Six Sigma and ISO quality standards.

Magnús Ivar has worked with customers in both public and private sectors; for small entrepreneurial companies and large international companies. He has worked in strategic projects in the United States, Canada, Iceland and Japan. Magnus Ivar graduated with an international business degree and minor in Japanese industrial history and management from the University of Alabama in the US. Magnus earned a Masters degree in Strategic Management from the University of Iceland. A part of the MSc. degree was a study at the Norwegian School of Management (BI), Oslo, Norway. Magnus Ivar is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Magnus Ivar is the author of the book “Looking towards the future – strategy in an organic organization”. The book received excellent review and has been used in schools on a university level.
